FAQs - Tour de Zoe's

Q: What is the group size?

A: A maximum of 30 participants in a group.

Q: Is there any drinking water provided?

A: Yes, you will need to bring at least one water bottle for your bike. The support vehicle will carry water.

Q: Can you provide a GPX of the route?

A: Happy to provide a GPX of the planned route, however this is a group ride and has a group leader. If you want to stretch your legs, ask the group leader when it is appropriate to speed on ahead - but you may need to watch out for the designated stops, and wait for the group to catch up.

Q: What do I have to carry on my ride and what is transported for me?

A: The main luggage is transported between accommodation. You will need a "day bag" to put sun cream, electrolytes, waterproofs, chamois cream etc, and this will be transported in the support vehicle, so will be available at lunch time and some water stops.

Q: Are there any limitations on the size of the luggage you can bring?

A: There is a limit of 1 piece of luggage for each participant that can weigh up to 20 kg (+ your day backpack). Since there is limited space on the luggage trailer we kindly ask that you try to pack light out of consideration to other passengers on the tour.

Q: What about food provided?

A: The standard menu includes milk products, fish, nuts, meat and bread so if you are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, have allergies or have other specific food preferences then please specify on the booking form, so that your needs can be accommodated. This will help in supplying the best meals possible for everyone.

Q: What is the accommodation like?

A: Accommodation will be in twin rooms, with a participant of the same sex. If you are signing up as a couple or pair, please let us know so that we can put you together.

Q: I am a solo traveller, can I pay single supplement?

A: This can be requested but not guaranteed - it depends on the accommodation available.
