If you care about the environment, you can take immediate action to protect the rainforest, the 'lungs of the planet', before it is too late. Climate change and biodiversity loss are having a catastrophic effect on the world and rainforests are a vital component in the war against global temperature rises. If we conserve the rainforest and its vital ecosystems, we save our future and that of Critically Endangered species, like the Bornean orangutan.

The Rainforest Run is a 'virtual run', which means many people all over the world will take part on the same day, in different locations. This means that ANYONE can get involved! The goal is 5k, which can be completed however you like; walking, jogging, rolling, skipping or sprinting - so long as you have fun whatever you do.
