Step Up for Gaza - Take on the PwC 125 Miles Challenge!

This is a dedicated page to support fundraising for MAP - Medical Aid for Palestinians during One Firm One Day 2024 (OFOD) on 17th May at PwC UK.

Join the PwC Step Up for Gaza Team and take on this extraordinary shared challenge - the Step Up for Gaza 125 Miles Challenge. As a unified team, you will walk, run, and push yourself the equivalent of 125 miles, each step virtually moving along the streets of Gaza, via a virtual map, measured by your step count on the Strava app.

This symbolic journey will take you to the hospitals MAP supported until this dire humanitarian crisis made their operations impossible. Some have been severely damaged, others entirely destroyed, leaving Gaza's people with drastically limited access to critical medical care. With every mile you complete together, you'll raise vital funds for MAP’s emergency response efforts to address the dire humanitarian situation.

How to Take Part

Our aim is to complete at least 125 miles in walking distance between our Muslim Network members. For example - we will be using a route from PwC Embankment Place to PwC More London and vice versa (c. 2 miles in distance and 1 hour duration for one way).

Log your distance on your fundraising page manually or with the Strava app, and track your progress as the PwC team icon moves along our virtual map. Reach the set milestones at each one of the hospitals we served in Gaza, to receive exclusive information about our work directly to the team’s inboxes.
