Stride for Gaza returns this October.

From 8-31 October, take on 98km in solidarity with Palestinians in Gaza, from wherever you are, raising funds for Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP).

Together we're standing with Palestinians as they continue to endure unimaginable loss, forced displacement, lack of food, water and healthcare as a result of Israel's genocide.

As you walk, run or push through your local area, you will progress through a virtual map of Gaza. Along the way, you’ll receive regular updates sharing stories of the places and people behind the headlines.

Every kilometre is an act of defiance. Every step, a show of solidarity.

How do I take part?

This is a virtual challenge - meaning you can take part anywhere, at any time, and at any intensity.

Whether you choose to walk or run on a treadmill, run or push laps of your local park, go on scenic hikes, or a blend of anything you like that suits your accessibility needs – it’s up to you.

Log your distance on your fundraising page manually or with the Strava app, and track your progress as you move along our virtual map. Reach the set milestones to receive exclusive event content directly to your inbox, following the story of one our Palestinian colleagues and their journey of displacement in Gaza over the past 2 years
