This trek is not just a journey through the desert; it’s an opportunity to support the essential end-of-life care provided by St David’s Hospice / Hosbis Dewi Sant to the communities of Anglesey, Conwy, and Gwynedd.

Diolch ichi am gofrestru ar gyfer Hirdaith Anialwch y Sahara Hosbis Dewi Sant 2025

Bydwch yn darganfod un o dirweddau mwyaf syfrdanol y Ddaear ar Hirdaith Anialwch y Sahara Hosbis Dewi Sant. Yn ymestyn ar hyd ffin ddwyreiniol Moroco gydag Algeria, y Sahara yw’r anialwch poeth mwyaf yn y byd, ac mae’n cynnig cefnlen drawiadol o hardd i antur fythgofiadwy.

Nid dim ond siwrnai drwy’r anialwch yw’r hirdaith yma; mae’n gyfle hefyd i gefnogi’r gofal diwedd oes hanfodol sy’n cael ei ddarparu gan Hosbis Dewi Sant ar gyfer cymunedau Ynys Môn, Conwy, a Gwynedd.
