3 mile - Children aged 5 to 11: Must be accompanied by 1 responsible adult for every 2 children. Children aged 12 -16: Must be accompanied by 1 responsible adult for every 6 children.  The responsible adult(s) accompanying any children must be aged 18 or over and have the consent of the child's parent or legal guardian. 

The minimum age to take part is 5 years old on the day of the event.

6 mile - Children ages 15 to 16 must be accompanied by 1 responsible adult for everything 3 children. The responsible adult(s) accompanying any children must be aged 18 or over and have the consent of the child's parent or legal guardian.

10 mile - Participants must be 17 or over on the day of the event.
