Step 1 – Sign up and pledge your challenge
Registration is free and a fundraising page will be automatically created for you.

Step 2 – Join the tribe
Join the #DoIt4Ben Facebook group and share your progress and advice with everyone else taking part in the challenge.  Share your pledge in the group to let everyone else know what you’re up to.

Step 3 – Challenge yourself
Get outside during June and get your steps in. You can connect Strava to your fundraising page to show supporters your progress and track it together. 

Step 4 – Accelerate your fundraising
Share your page and start asking for donations. Share with your – friends, family, colleagues and on socials and watch the donations come flying in.

Your support will go towards supporting those like Di, who turned to Ben for support when she became concerned about her daughter’s mental health.
