This July, we are asking you, your friends, family and colleagues to support children with autism and their Assistance Dogs by registering for our 14 Swims in July Challenge. 

The challenge is to take 14 dips or swims in your own time, during the month of July - it is completely up to you to add a mileage goal!

Every participant will receive a FREE #TeamAADI Swim cap in their welcome pack as well as a sponsorship card and paper tracker sheet.

You can register as an individual or you can register as a team.
