Hiking Heroes - Yorkshire Three Peaks Saturday 14th June 2024.

Make 2025 a year to remember by taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks on Saturday 14th June 2025.

Compton Care and the Wolves Foundation have joined forces for an unforgettable Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge. Supporting different communities across Wolverhampton and the Black Country funds from this event will be split equally between both charities to help the communities that they support.

The 24 mile circular route challenge, which is being led by the Sky Blue Adventures team, will start at 07:00 with the first climb of the day on Pen y Ghent.  After a lunch stop around 12:00 to refuel, the next summit will be Whernside, followed by the last climb of the day on Ingleborough. Arriving back into Horton-in-Ribblesdale at around 19:00.

As part of our team of Hiking Heroes, you will be fully supported on the stunning 24 mile route by experienced mountain leaders. Taking around 12 hours from start to finish.

This is a tough challenge, but one not to be missed. You will need to have a good level of fitness and have undergone some hill walking training to take part in this event.
