Thank you for deciding to take part in Eye to Eye!

Once you have registered yourself, you'll be able to add additional team members in the same transaction. 

Your fundraising page will automatically be created and shared with you via email once you have signed up. If you'd like paper fundraising forms, just drop us an email and we can post them out to you. 

Please be aware, all registrations made after midday 13th June will pick up their t-shirts on the day of the event. 

Online registrations close midday on Thursday 20th June, but we will accept on the day registrations at the event. 

Anyone requiring extra walking assistance, please be aware we will not be able to pair you up with a volunteer at this stage in the registration process. Please call us on 020 7566 2565 if you wish to discuss this with us.
