2024 is the 70th anniversary of Exmoor National Park and to celebrate we would like to challenge people from Exmoor, England, the UK and the World to walk 70 miles of our stunning countryside in aid of CareMoor for Exmoor.

CareMoor for Exmoor is Exmoor National Park Authority’s donation scheme. All donations help keep Exmoor special for future generations by supporting our work to conserve the landscapes, habitats, footpaths and heritage.

We have teamed up with Big Team Challenge to offer everybody, no matter your fitness levels or location, to walk 70 miles across Exmoor during October 2024.

Along the way you will visit Exmoor Milestones including Dulverton, Lynmouth, Dunster and complete the route at Dunkery Beacon, the highest point on Exmoor.

Because this is a virtual route you can take part wherever you are.  All you need to do is record your daily steps each day on Big Team Challenge and await to see which amazing places you have visited each day.

You will have the whole of October to complete the challenge and you can complete it individually, as a pair or even as a school group.

Order your commemorative Exmoor 70 Participation Medal when signing up - supplied by Exmoor Engraving and Woodcraft
