Round the Wrekin fan? We’re excited to share that our new look Cycle for Compton is back on Sunday 17 May 2026!
We have three exciting new routes for you including – new for 2026 – an off-road route! Cycle for Compton is open to both pedal and e-bikes*🚵🚴🏽♀️
📍Starting/Finishing: Dudley Kingswinford Rugby Club!
⏱️LONG ROUTE: £35. Start time - 08:00. A 90-mile route taking you through Ryton, Church Stretton, Bridgnorth and Claverley.
⏱️OFF ROAD ROUTE: £35. Start time - 08:30. A 40-mile route taking in the Severn Valley Railway, the Jack Mytton Way and Dudmaston.
⏱️SHORT ROUTE: £30. Start time - 09:00. A 44-mile route taking you through the beautiful scenery of Pattingham, Coalbrookdale, Bridgnorth and Halfpenny Green

*Only legal e-bikes that are pedal activated can be used. E-bikes must have a maximum continuous motor power of 250W, and a pedal-assist speed limit of 15.5 mph (25 km/h). Electric motorbikes such as Surrons are not permitted.
Please note, spot bike checks may be done to ensure bikes are both legal and fit for purpose
Please note, there will be cut off times for each food station, if you have not passed through by this point you will need to retire from the ride
