Take part in our second series of the Benathlon by exercising for 30 minutes for 30 days throughout September whilst raising £30.

There will be prizes for the best social post, highest fundraiser, biggest company participation and much more!

All we ask is each participant raise £30, this can go towards a specialist mental health assessment for someone in need. Included in your registration will be a Ben headband and we will be organising a virtual class on the 15th September for everyone taking part so we can all do the exercise together that day! 

Give your health a boost, take your dog for their daily walk whilst you also support your automotive family in the process. It’s a win/win!
