We’re so excited to have you join us for this annual event, bringing together our incredible community from around the world to raise awareness of multiple system atrophy (MSA).
Every mile you complete represents one of the 3,300 people living with MSA in the UK and the Republic of Ireland.
Whether you walk just one mile a week or several miles a day, every step counts and brings us closer to our collective goal.

The Multiple System Atrophy Trust is the UK and the Republic of Ireland’s leading charity supporting people affected by multiple system atrophy (MSA) – a rare neurological disease with no known cause or cure. We fund research into MSA and support those affected by the condition.
As an independent charity we rely entirely on charitable donations to carry out our work. Around a third of all the Trusts income comes from fundraising challenges . Therefore your donation in support of our walkers, no matter how big or small, will make an enormous difference to everyone affected by MSA.
