What is the 30 for 30 challenge?

We are asking you to commit to completing activities or tasks to do with the number 30 over the 30 days of September Whether this is 30 push ups a day, baking 30 cupcakes for a bake sale or learning a new skill for 30 minutes of each day, the possibilities are endless!

You can adapt your challenge to suit your interests and abilities, making it inclusive for you as an individual or your whole family!
