For each and every meal we serve at Dishoom - whether in restaurants, a delivery or meal-kit - we donate a meal to a hungry child by way of amazing charities, Magic Breakfast in the UK and Akshaya Patra in India. We started this during Ramadan in 2015 as our act of charity ('zakat') and made it permanent at Diwali that year.

We have now donated OVER 10 MILLION MEALS (and counting!).

This is a massive milestone for us. We owe endless thanks to our big-hearted team of Dishoom-wallas - we couldn't be more proud that, together, we have fed 10 million meals to children who might otherwisehave gone hungry. 

To celebrate, and to raise even more awareness and funds for Magic Breakfast, we're going to walk to Bombay and back (almost!) - by doing 10 Thousand Miles for 10 Million Meals. And, for every mile we complete, Dishoom will donate a meal.
